In the New Construction category 623 Tyner is back on the list.  After taking a rest from the market and another price reduction, this home has massive amounts of sqft and priced right at $379 a sqft.  That is truly amazing for new construction in Incline.  With over 6700 sqft, 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms there is plenty of room to SPREAD OUT!  Priced at $2,575,000.
