Under Condo’s $500K or less 333 Ski Way #273 has reduced from $415K to $395K, this unit was already on the list, but is apparently an even better buy now.  Another condo at 333 Ski Way was added to the list at $399K, it is in original condition, but the price alone for the value is a good one.  This complex offers covered garage parking and some nice views of the pines. 

In the Condo’s over $1 Million 972 Fairway View Court made the cut at $1,099,000 for 2166 sqft, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths in a gated community and fully furnished.  The only downfall to this unit is the view from the living room onto the street, but if you can ignore that above the street is an pretty nice view of the mountains.  Keep your eyes and those of your guests focused up.
