Sorry to say that there is not much to add to the list in Best Buys this week.  There were a total of 8 properties on tour, one which stood out as a nice place, but still not quite a ‘Best Buy’ if you are considering price, location and quality.  If you are shopping in the $1-2 Million Range, 725 James Lane just came on the market for $1,889,000.  It has alot of square footage being just under 4000sqft, the rooms and bathrooms see to be quite spacious, it was very clean, but overall it was not voted to the list based on price alone.  The backyard seemed large, but in every direction there was another house.  Perhaps a fence might make it feel a bit more protected.  We would definitely recommend seeing it if shopping in this price range.  Click here for more details…RES Detail ss.
