Under Condos under $500K we’ve added 702 College #82.  This darling PUD (Freestanding Condo) is in a wonderful setting with lots of sun all day long.  It has a large deck that faces the woodsy common area, the floorplan has been opened up in the kitchen/living room/dining room areas and it has 3 bedrooms and the living area downstairs is all pergo flooring.  The bedrooms upstairs are more loft style, but this place wreaks of potential and the price tag is awesome at $339K.  This unit has been on a long term vacation rental making $1250 per month but is currently vacant and easy to see.

OMG…906 Ace Court finally went into contract.  As soon as the sales price is posted I will be sure to let you know.  Apparently at a VERY good value.
